took me 68 days to reach that stupid treasure! SO FAR AWAY! it's really addicting & fun to play. the upgrades are nice & the game's not too hard or to easy. it takes a little getting used to at first but once you get the hang of it you're cruising. if you guys were to make next you should add the upgrades of more sea gulls, whales & mines. it would be a little crazier that way. love the music! i could play this as much as i liked & the music would never cease to fun & amusing to me. liked the style too! over all AWESOME!!!
pretty good over all
i enjoyed it but never finished. ork (however you spell it) boss was too much for my troops. he just mowed over everyone. all the other bosses were OK up to that point but that boss just blew me out of the water. i had a lv.5 catapult (beastly for all those saying it sucks) & lv.4 wall. he just mowed down all the troops i could send & ripped through my catapult. <:[ had all the buildings at max upgrade too. any ways, the game was pretty good with the different troop options, building upgrades & what-not. i think the tutorial for beginners flipped out on me. it stopped doing stuff after the send out a guy deal. i think that once the wall's knocked down the catapult should be able to shoot right in front of it's self to defend it. there should also be a STOP button for the army sending 'cause i found that i couldn't send something bigger sooner when i needed it. that also hurt the whole winning things process too. there should also be like a speed upgrade for the catapult. stone also appeared to be scarce a lot near the beginning & ran low really fast. could you also include a difficulty level selection next time? other than a few complaints here & there, very nice.
pretty nice stuff
i thought that it was pretty good if not really hard to grasp at first. what was with the dollars if you never used them? are they for the next game or something? it works pretty good. a little confusing 'till you got it going but learnable if you really want to play the game. i thought that it was decently fun as well. maybe just not my style. thus not a 10. but it DOES need a next part for all those who did really enjoy it & want a 2nd! keep the customers satisfied. :)
Yes, the money - and everything else you've aquired in this chapter - carry over to the next. Even some of the fundamentally simple choices you made will impact you later.
this game will be awesome for EVER!!! like, 10 jillion years awesomeness in one game. you guys know the meaning of life. other than 42. RRRRRROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRR!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! + *laser beams* = game hall of fame & total win. hilarious! need another one with more dino time and amazingness stuff. WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTTT T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is like a reflex testing game. there should be difficulty settings that have longer time settings. it's so ridiculously hard that it just makes you mad, not have fun. some people just don't do stuff that fast.
I AM ALIVE!!!
that was amazing! i loved it SOO much! it was very challenging to do all those levels. i think that the only thing that was a miner sadness was there was no level indicator that was clearly visible if there was one. i thought the changing background color was fun and i liked the ending. & the fact that there was one. YAY!!! uber fun game. if you make another, which you should, maybe add a few more kinds of momentary upgrades that you could collect? faster, tower freeze , double skill points, super jump? just a thought. FAVED!
creepy & cool
i'm not usually into creepy games but this one was fun! i admit i turned the sound off 'cause i'm a wus.
-the sound got a little boring after a few levels but it was pretty cool.
-real easy to move the character and easy controls. i like that very much in a game.
-also liked how you had free movement and it wasn't square to square. :]
-the part gathering was well spaced. the progressive awesomeness of the weapons was good too. the last weapon was actually the best. :D
(in some games i'v played the last weapon wasn't the best and i was miffed to say the least.)
-the walking speed was perfect. not snail pace but not godspeed crazy fast.
-i didn't like how if a bad guy caught up to you and cornered you (like in the beginning where you don't have too much space) you were screwed. you die too fast in the game. a little more time in between getting hit would be nice.
-also hated the fact that more enemies appeared after i'd already cleared the area. that also got you screwed real fast if they got to you while you were fighting. >:[
-liked the everybodyness factor. for pepslike me who can't play 13+ 'cause of the 'rents. : .
then if you make another one, you should change the general scenery from this one &/or have a progressively changing scenery. new enemies, new weapons, new sound, the works. just don't tamper too much (or at all) with the main character if you're making a related series sequel. if not, go crazy. great stuff. love to see more.
just finnished!!! WHOOO!!!
your game is AMAZING!!! i found it really challenging to get past the first epic battle but after that it went pretty well for me excepting the final level where it was a pretty close shave. when do you suppose you'll be finishing Gemcraft chapter 2: Chasing Shadows? i really want to play and see more! is there going to be more chapters than 2? if so how many? by the way, The Forgotten was SWEET!!! awesomeness to the max.
that was nuts! i found the screwed up reading one the coolest. those optical illusions are so cool! the tiger one was also dasterdly!
that was head hurting
i tried but i just don't have the attention span for thinking games like these but it was a really cool game. nice job!
Thank you :)
